OxiVantage LF™ Product Description
Low Foam CIP Surfactant OxiVantage LF™ is a high-performance low foam CIP surfactant engineered for industrial cleaning. This advanced low foam CIP surfactant is readily soluble in sodium hypochlorite (bleach) as well as other mild oxidizers. For example, it works perfectly with hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, and chlorine dioxide. Moreover, it delivers the lowest known surface tension properties of any commercial bleach stable surfactant or peroxide stable surfactant system.
Formulated as a 40–41% active proprietary blend, OxiVantage LF™ low foam CIP surfactant provides ultra-low foam and rapid dynamic surface tension reduction. Therefore, it ensures superior wetting on hydrophobic surfaces. In addition, this low foam CIP surfactant serves as the ideal spray-cleaning additive and formulation base for food processing, brewery, dairy, and institutional programs.
With a clear light-amber appearance, bland odor, specific gravity of 0.9659, and neutral pH of 7.0, this low foam CIP surfactant mixes effortlessly into alkaline, acidic, or oxidative cleaners. As a result, it remains fully stable and effective during use.
Key Features of OxiVantage LF™ Low Foam CIP Surfactant
- Industry-Leading Low Foam Performance — Only 16 mm foam in Ross Miles testing. Thus, OxiVantage LF™ is the perfect low foam CIP surfactant for spray, high-pressure recirculation, and Clean-In-Place systems with zero downtime.
- Ultra-Low Surface Tension — Achieves 17.41 dynes/cm in bleach solutions. Consequently, it offers the lowest known performance from any commercial bleach stable surfactant or peroxide stable surfactant system.
- Fast Wetting & Spreading — Quick dynamic surface tension lowering delivers superior penetration on fats, oils, and proteins.
- Broad Oxidizer Compatibility — Fully stable in bleach, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, chlorine dioxide, and highly alkaline or acidic solutions. Therefore, it is the ultimate oxidizer stable low foam CIP surfactant and peracetic acid surfactant.
- Proven Efficiency Gains — Can reduce NaOCl consumption or cleaning cycle time by as much as 50%.
- Clean Label & Regulatory Friendly — Does not contain California Proposition 65 chemicals, GMOs, or allergens. Additionally, it meets Kosher guidelines and is listed on Canadian DSL Inventory.
- Light Color & Minimal Odor — Ideal for premium cleaners where appearance and scent matter.
Recommended Applications for Low Foam CIP Surfactant
OxiVantage LF™ low foam CIP surfactant excels in many industries. For instance, it performs exceptionally in food processing and sanitation, brewery and draft beer line cleaning, dairy CIP systems, poultry and egg processing, car and truck washing, pulp and paper production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and institutional hard-surface cleaners. Furthermore, it suits any spray, foamless, or oxidative program that requires a low foam CIP surfactant, bleach stable surfactant, peroxide stable surfactant, sodium hypochlorite surfactant, or peracetic acid surfactant.

Frequently Asked Question
FAQ
Why switch to OxiVantage LF™ in my soft wash mixes?
Soft wash crews are always chasing faster, better results with less hassle. OxiVantage LF™ is a low-foam surfactant that drops bleach’s surface tension way down (17–19 dynes/cm). Your mix wets, spreads, and penetrates roofs, siding, and decks much faster and deeper.
How much bleach or time can I save using it?
You can realistically cut bleach use or cleaning time by up to 50%. The ultra-low surface tension lets bleach work harder so you spray less and finish jobs quicker. Most crews see it pay for itself fast through lower chemical costs and more houses per day.
What's the right dosage and how do I add it?
Use 0.20% (2000 ppm) in your final working solution. Just add 1% straight into your bleach concentrate before diluting, or hooked up to a separate intake feed on your manifold—it mixes easily and stays stable. That’s it.
Will it foam up or mess with my pumps?
No way. It’s built to be extremely low-foam (only 16 mm in standard tests with bleach). No foaming, cavitation, or nozzle clogs on your rig.
Is it compatible with my chemicals and equipment?
Absolutely. It stays stable in bleach, peroxide, peracetic acid, and both alkaline and acidic mixes. Won’t hurt pumps, hoses, or tanks—and it has no California Prop 65 chemicals.
How should I store it and what’s the shelf life?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and above 200°F. Shelf life is 2 years. Comes in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. Inquire for more if expected volume exceeds these thresholds.
