AcidBoost-RTU™ Product Description
AcidBoost-RTU™ is a heavy-duty cip acid cleaner and stainless steel acid cleaner formulated specifically for cleaning stainless steel food processing equipment. This concentrated, low-foam cip acid cleaner works as an acidified rinse in CIP processes while neutralizing high-pH alkaline cleaners and removing hard-water mineral scale, burned-on organic material, milkstone, and beerstone deposits.
As a powerful stainless steel acid cleaner, AcidBoost-RTU™ controls mineral scale caused by hard water, cleans and brightens stainless steel surfaces, and delivers outstanding performance at high temperatures. Its low-foaming formula makes it the ideal cip acid cleaner for CIP piping, tanks, W.A.S.T.E. and T.A.S.T.E. heat evaporators, and heat exchangers—ensuring efficient circulation without foam interference.

Formulation Tips
For CIP Acid Cleaning of Process Piping and Tanks:
Dilute 1 gallon of AcidBoost-RTU™ to 15 gallons of water and circulate.
For CIP Acid Cleaning of W.A.S.T.E. Heat Evaporators, T.A.S.T.E. Evaporators and Heat Exchangers:
Dilute 1 gallon of AcidBoost-RTU™ to 10 gallons of water and circulate.
For exterior cleaning of stainless steel equipment:
Dilute 8 ounces of AcidBoost-RTU™ to 1 gallon of water and spray on or apply with bucket and brush.
