EPC-Maxima™ Description
EPC-Maxima™ is a no-rinse, cleaner concentrate and preventative that is safe and effective for removing stains caused by mold, mildew, and algae on exterior surfaces. EPC-Maxima™ cleans without the damaging effects of pressure washing and/or brushing.

Directions for Use
For Best Performance: Mix 5-parts water and 1-part EPC-Maxima™ concentrate in any garden pump sprayer or your own custom sprayer with tank. When mixing, add water first and then mix chemical in water.
Thoroughly wet all perimeter landscaping with water immediately before and after the application. Avoid contact with eyes. Apply a thorough coat of diluted product to all affected areas at least 24 hours prior to any rainfall or snow. DO NOT LET PRODUCT DRY ON LANDSCAPING. DO NOT RINSE TREATED SURFACE WITH WATER.
Stains will continue to disappear with subsequent rainfall.
- Roof Stains over the next 3-9 months.
- Green Algae stains over next 1-7 days.
- Black mildew stains on non-roof surfaces over next 3-12 weeks.
Stains may appear darker immediately after application, which is a positive sign that the product is working correctly. A second application may be necessary for extremely affected areas but only after the 3-9 month dwell time. For rapid results, rinse with pressure washer 24 hours after application using 400 – 600 psi. DO NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE. When applying product avoid windows as this can leave a streaky appearance. If accidentally applied to a window, simply rinse window with water until product is removed.
